Welcome to the Yoga for Harmony website

Yoga for Harmony is a small independant yoga studio set up by myself, Julie Potter, in 2006.

My intention was to create a peaceful, holistic, homely and yet professional space in which to share my yoga passion and interest (see studio).  Although the studio can take up to 18 students, we like to keep classes small and intimate and most have around 8 to 12 attendees.

In the beginning I was joined by a small selection of friends and colleagues and we were offering only 4 or 5 classes a week. Now I have over 20 tutors offering up to 25 weekly classes _DX_0643(see timetable ), a selection of monthly worshops and various workshops with guest tutors  (see workshops and events).

Although my interest is with a modern interpretation of Hatha Yoga the studio offers many different styles of yoga including, traditional meditation, flow yoga, kundalini yoga, yin yoga, tai chi, pilates and many more.

Please take a look around my website and I look forward to seeing you at a class very soon.

Classes Available: At Yoga for Harmony we offer classes in a wide range of systems and styles of  yoga, although we specialise in Hatha Yoga.  We also offer some other related disciplines.  Classes you can expect to fine include:-
