Align and Flow Yoga is a form of traditional Hatha Yoga using the breath to create a continuous flow of postures which tone and strengthen the body, improve posture and leave the mind and body calm and relaxed. A typical class starts with breathing techniques to centre and ground, poses to warm up and then progresses to a fun, more challenging flow of postures with a precise alignment focus that links with the breath. Leaving time at the end for a well-deserved relaxation.
