You do not have to try hard as you are resting following the guided meditation effortlessly.
How can I use this tool in my everyday life? It will give you the space to choose your responses to life rather than being automatic reactions driven by emotions, thoughts and habits.
As a parent, as an adult, we can be faced with too much work, with demands from the kids, having problems with sleeping well etc… an over active mind, tension in the body can create many issues.

At Yoga for Harmony, we are offering a 1.5 hour workshop to unwind your mind, relax your body and nourish your spirit with ‘Deep Relaxation’ together with ‘singing bowls’ being played during the session for a complete relaxation at all levels. Come and join me on a beautiful restoring journey.
Background info on your tutor: Katia Cornwall is certified Mindfulness Tutor in Yoga Nidra. Techniques recognised by BWY and is also a Kundalini StarChild instructor recognised by KYTA UK.
Katia also teaches children and teens from 3-17 years the wonderful philosophy of yoga and mindfulness which will empower their life. In additon Katia has also been working with autistic children and special needs for the last 10 years and can see the benefit of the yoga practise with children, teens adults on the spectrum. Terms of payment: Refunds can be offered in the case of the event being cancelled or time and/or date of event being changed. If the attendee wishes to cancel, we can only offer a refund if cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the event or if we can fill your place with a person from a waiting list.
Please aim to arrive about 10 minutes before the start of the event in order to get settled and register. Please note that if you are more than 5 minutes late you will not be guaranteed entry as late arrivals disturb the meditation experience for others.
