Find comfort in a busy world. Simple and effective meditations designed to help you navigate life’s challenges and achieve stillness and clarity. We begin with a little Kundalini or Yin Yoga, to relax and open the body. Once the body is comfortable and prepared, the beautiful and powerful Kundalini meditations can instantly lift your spirit and quiet your mind. These meditations may use breath, mantra, mudras (hand positions), movement, or a combination of all these things. There is always an extended relaxation to allow you to integrate your experience fully and let go of any residual tension. No experience is necessary and all are very welcome.
