This friendly and welcoming class has been created to support anyone experiencing difficulties with stress, anxiety, depression, trouble sleeping and other mental health issues. Or you may just be looking for a gentle and holistic yoga class to focus on improving your mental well-being.
Using a blend of posture, movement, breathing awareness, relaxation and meditation techniques we can develop a mindful, compassionate approach to our yoga practice.
We will release tension and soothe the nervous system, building strength and harmony in mind, body and spirit.
