This class is designed to help you to build an understanding of the general principles of Yoga and welcomes all levels (new or experienced)
It introduces you to basic postures (asana), breathing (pranayama), and closing with relaxation (meditation).
Together we will explore breathing, a series of asanas targeting a specific area which we will hold for a duration of time to allow you get deeply into the connective tissue and relax, and closing with meditation.
This class is suitable for absolute beginners and also for those who want to return to the basics in order to revisit the foundation of their practice and understanding.
