Have you been interested to understand a little bit more about meditation and how you can implement this into your life?
Just 5 minutes a day can transform your mind to a healthy balanced mind. We spend a lot of time and energy on taking care of our physical body but what about taking care of our mind.
This course will bring you slowly into your own self-practice so if you choose after this course you can take 5 minutes a day to cleanse your mind, release your stress, understand your thoughts and clear away your mindless chatter.
Throughout the day you will be guided through different meditations until you find the type of meditation that works for you.
