‘Encouraging ease and efficiency in movement for yoga practice and everyday life’
Gary brings his own unique teaching style together with his ‘skeletal’ models to give a great insight into how the body moves in yoga postures and the potential problems if we overlook the anatomical aspect of how we work. Gary uses anatomy props and images to provide a clearer understanding of the body, looking at the Myofascial structure from a new viewpoint and making sense of movement.
Gary will help to show the students how to refine their practice and take it to a deeper level, but understanding how to move efficiently, and that the understanding of practice is not only relevant to our yoga but also how we move in our daily lives.
These workshops are not for beginners to yoga, but for people who would like to explore their yoga practice in more depth. It is advised that you have worked with Gary before, or are familiar with the Scaravelli style. But if this is your first time you are very welcome, and we hope you enjoy what might be some new approaches to your practice
