Join Stephen Braybrook, aka The Movement Man, for this fascinating mind-brain-body workshop.
Learn the fundamentals of the enteric nervous system and how this translates into movement, and how you can influence it by thought and touch.

? Gut-Brain and the vagus nerve: theory and practical.

? Neuro points stimulation for the Gut-Brain in movement.

teachers from all backgrounds/different styles of yoga and at all levels from beginners through to

Stephen is a movement expert, author of The Evolution of Biomechanics, host of The Musing with The Movement Man podcast and creator of Brain-Move. Stephen is passionate about education and sharing his movement expertise with global movers, teachers and practitioners.

We usually break for an hour at lunch time.  Please bring your own light lunch.  Tea coffee and soft drinks are available free of charge at the studio.  We are only a 10 minute walk from the town centre so you can pop out to a coffee shop and there is a small local Coop across the road that sells sandwiches and snacks.
