Relationship of the breath, emotions and movement in yoga with Stephen Braybrook – ‘The Movement Man’

We welcome for the first time a new guest at Yoga for Harmony Stephen Braybrook, The Movement Man.

Join us for this fascinating workshop where Stephen will delve into the neuroscience of the breath and how it links in with our emotions and fundamentally impacts our movement. A blend of theory and practical, with practical tools and tips that you can take away and start using straight away in yours and your clients yoga practice. This workshop will throw light on what applied neuroscience actually means and why it is a cutting edge movement technique to revolutionize your practice. 
Stephen is a movement expert, author of The Evolution of Biomechanics, host of The Musing with The Movement Man podcast and creator of Brain-Move. Stephen is passionate about education and sharing his movement expertise with global movers, teachers and practitioners.

If you are a teacher this workshop is suitable for FRYOG CPD and BWY CPD.  If you attend please make sure it is noted on the register that you are a FRYOG/BWY teacher for CPD records”.

We usually break for an hour at lunch time.  Please bring your own light lunch.  Tea coffee and soft drinks are available free of charge at the studio.  We are only a 10 minute walk from the town centre so you can pop out to a coffee shop and there is a small local Coop across the road that sells sandwiches and snacks.
