Yoga for Harmony, Windsor  Berkshire's best loved and respected Yoga Studio

Founded by Julie Potter, yoga tutor, in 2006 Yoga for Harmony has become well known as a comfortable and safe place  for yoga, meditation, and healing.  At Yoga for Harmony we offer an excellent range of classes with very experienced and well qualified teachers.

Many of our clients and students value Yoga for Harmony as a sanctuary from busy and often stressful lifestyles. When I established Yoga for Harmony in June 2006, it was my intention to create a peaceful, holistic, homely and yet professional space in which to share my yoga passion and knowledge.
There are classes for all ages and abilities, everyone is welcome.

Different Styles of Yoga Classes

Yoga is often viewed in the West as a series of stretching exercises that appear almost gymnastic to a general onlooker, popularised as a way toward health and fitness for all. However, the postures are only a tiny fragment of the psychological philosophy that is Yoga.

Yoga is essentially a spiritual discipline based on an extremely subtle science, a discipline primarily intended to help create a union of our mind, emotions, body, and energy. It is an art and science of healthy living. The word ‘yoga’ comes from the Sanskrit root ‘yuj’ which literally means “to unite". The general meaning of yoga is union.
