Guidelines when attending "in-person" classes

Yoga for Harmony guidelines when attending ‘in-person’ classes

Have a great class and always enjoy your yoga
Yoga for Harmony has been certified by the Borough Council Environmental Health Department as having put in place all reasonable Covid protocol compliance arrangements.

To ensure that everyone is able to benefit from their yoga, relax and enjoy the classes, I would like you to take some time and read through a few procedures we would like to observe while we navigate through the Covid situation.

We will have reduced capacity at classes and workshops to enable adequate personal space between mats.
We have plenty of ventilation with open windows and air purifiers.

Please bring your own mat and any other equipment you might like to use and your own water/drink

Please wait outside the building, socially distancing, until your tutor invites you in. Avoid arriving early.

We advise you to wear a mask upon entry into the lobby where you take off your shoes and where you will be able to sanitise your hands. Please keep it on until you have arrived in your mat space and are organised. You do not need to wear a mask during your class. Please replace you mask if you leave the teaching space to use the toilet and when you leave and collect your shoes and coats.

Shoes are to be left in the shoe racks, and coats on the coat racks in the lobby.

Take all your other personal possessions and valuables into the teaching space.

If you are feeling unwell please do not come to class and follow the government guidelines.

Have a great class and always enjoy your yoga
