Filomena’s current teaching direction is to share Vishoka Meditation as the pure and simple method that allows us to explore, transform and expand the inner dimensions of life.

Though she will consider herself ‘a work in progress’ she says “Vishoka Meditation has the potential to replenish, free us from any sense of limitation, and allow us to embrace our intrinsic source of vitality, joy, love, and equanimity.
Life becomes purposeful, fulfilling, and complete.”
