 10.00am – 11.00am Align and Flow Yoga with Deborah 

All are welcome but this class is not suited to the complete beginner. 
 
Align and Flow Yoga is influenced by the biomechanics and heart orientated philosophy of the Anusara Hatha style of yoga. With a specific alignment focus within the flow of postures the practice will tone and strengthen the body, improve posture and create more freedom in the body and mind resulting in a calm and relaxed state of being. 
 
Each week there will be a different theme weaving its’ way through the session, but a typical class starts with breathing techniques to centre and ground, poses to warm up and then progresses to a fun and challenging mix of vinyasa and alignment yoga, this class is designed to cultivate focus, stamina, strength, and flexibility. Leaving time at the end for a well-deserved relaxation. 
Come prepared for an energising class that will also leave you feeling relaxed.

 11.45am – 12.45pm Next Steps Cancer Rehab Programmes  These classes run in 10 week courses and only when the required course numbers are registered  

NEXT STEPS is a group exercise oncology program for men and women who want to take the 'next steps' on their road to recovery. 
The Program combines the best pilates, yoga and cardiovascular exercises for a workout that is specifically designed to help rebuild strength, flexibility and stamina. 
 
The program runs for one hour per week for ten weeks and is specifically designed to help people affected by cancer. It is suitable after any type of cancer surgery or treatment and accommodates all ages, fitness levels and mobility. 
 
The program is delivered by certified PINC & STEEL Cancer Rehab Physiotherapists and each class combines strength, flexibility and cardiovascular exercises for improving your health and fitness. Weekly take-home resources and exercise handouts are included. 
 
To sign up please complete the following steps: 
 
Step one: complete the Pinc and Steel UK | Next Steps Enrolment (please note to select the region as London and clinic as Gemma Harris @Trinity Physio) or call Gemma on 07732 622761. 
 
Step two: complete the pre-class screening process with Gemma Harris. This is to ensure the class is appropriate for you and that your progress is tracked from start to finish. 
 
Step three: Join your local Next Steps Classes. 
 
Cost: The Windsor and Maidenhead Next Steps Programs is FREE to participants as it has been funded by the PINC&STEEL UK and Ireland Foundation.  5.30pm – 6.30pm Beginners Yoga with Caroline 

This class is a great way to unwind and de-stress after a busy week. Drawing a line under your working week, so you feel nourished, refreshed and ready for the weekend ahead. 
 
This class covers 'mindful' movements, breathing practices and relaxation. 
 
Everyone is welcome from beginner to those recovering from injury.

 6.45pm – 8.15pm Hatha Yoga with Caroline 

 
If you are looking for tools to help you find a little sanctuary of space and calm in your life, then you've found the right class. What a perfect way to end a busy week? 
 
Inspired by the teachings of Vanda Scaravelli, my style of Yoga facilitates deep releases on all levels both physically and mentally. The class covers 'mindful' movements, breathing practices and relaxation. 
 
You will leave the class feeling less stressed, calm and nourished. Students often comment that they have the best nights sleep after Yoga.
