10am – 12pm Pregnancy Yoga and Mothers Circle Chat with Caroline

Pregnancy can be a very special time, even confusing or an anxious time for you. You will experience your body changing as your baby grows. You may experience emotional ups and downs too.

Regular Yoga practise can help to bring back balance, both physically and emotionally. You can share your experiences with other women in class, and feel that sense of community. Many of the women who come to class have made long term frienships.

In my Pregnancy yoga classes I include:

• Flowing movements that help to build strength and flexibility.
• Simple breathing techniques to help relieve stress and anxiety.
• Explore movements and sounds that can be used during labour and birth.
• Relaxation techniques.
• Opportunity to connect with other pregnant women.
• Education and discussions about Pregnancy, Birth and Motherhood.

Suitable from 14 weeks of pregnancy to birth.

 5.00pm - 6.30pm / 6.15pm - 7.45pm Community Class - Yoga for Ukraine with Natalia

My yoga classes specialise in the classic Hatha yoga, Sivananda Yoga, and Vinyasa Flow teachings. I truly believe in establishing the relationship between body, breath and mind as a vital foundation of any practice. This allows me to develop classes by crafting the quality of asana as the ultimate realization of the breathing technique’s.

This class is accessible to both beginners and beyond and engages different levels of physical abilities and practices. The class will help to cope with heavy emotional and physical conditions influenced by strong mental tension and stress and overcome certain consequences of emotional trauma and help improve your physical and emotional state and
mood and strengthen your nervous system and will help
you cope with daily challenges.

The most important part of the practice is a relaxation at the end of the class, so it would be ideal if you had a blanket and a long-sleeved sweater so that you could relax well and get all the benefits of the practice.

I would like to say a few words about the language:

For 10 years, I have taught exclusively in Russian, that is, this language is a working tool for me, but I try, and I do it very diligently , to speak Ukrainian as best as I can and I will try to lead lessons in Ukrainian over time. I also think that we should start doing yoga now to improve our physical and emotional state, and I am sure that in time I will master the Ukrainian language perfectly and will be able to freely teach yoga meditation in Ukrainian .
I also know that people from other CIS countries (Latvia, Lithuania, Armenia, Georgia ) should come to the classes, so teaching Russian at the initial stage will also be important and understandable for them.
Looking forward to seeing you at my classes .
