 5.30pm – 6.45pm 'Yoga for my Soul'  A restorative Yin Yoga class for all levels with Ruth and Susan (on-line option available) 

Join us for a combination of Yin postures, breathing (pranayama) and meditation to strengthen and restore the body and mind. 
 
Together we will move through a series of asanas targeting specific areas of the body, working with the meridians and holding each position for longer to allow you to get deeply into the fascia and connective tissue, release tension and find openness. 
 
An opportunity to wind down, breathe and leave feeling completely relaxed. 
 
This class is suitable for all levels, from absolute beginners to those seeking to complement their regular yoga practice with a slower yin-style class that offers deep stretching and restoration. 
 
The teaching weeks are shared by Ruth Slater and Susan Bett.
