 5.30pm – 6.45pm 'Yoga for my Soul'  A restorative Yin Yoga class for all levels with Ruth and Justine 

Join us for a combination of Yin postures, breathing (pranayama) and meditation to strengthen and restore the body and mind. 
 
Together we will move through a series of asanas targeting specific areas of the body, working with the meridians and holding each position for longer to allow you to get deeply into the fascia and connective tissue, release tension and find openness. 
 
An opportunity to wind down, breathe and leave feeling completely relaxed. 
 
This class is suitable for all levels, from absolute beginners to those seeking to complement their regular yoga practice with a slower yin-style class that offers deep stretching and restoration. 
 
The teaching weeks are shared by Ruth Slater and Justine Clifford.

 7.30pm - 8.30pm  ‘Online Yoga Nidra Relaxation Class’  with Katia Class runs 2 Sundays a month only Next dates: 8th and 15th of May / 5th and 12th of June 

I will guide you softly and safely into relaxation changing your brain waves from being fully awake to a deep yogic sleep. Resting on your back or sitting up if easier for you, close your eyes, breathe and let go of all tensions in your mind and body. 
 
I will take you with me on a beautiful journey of relaxation where your mind will follow my voice but also the sounds of the ‘singing bowls’ for you to go deeper inward, heal, rest and re-boost your energy. A simple, effortless meditation, nevertheless powerful. 
 
No experience needed for this class.  
You only need a quiet room, a blanket and pillows. 
 
This class would also be suitable for people recovering from illnesses i.e Covid, flu, cancer treatments, suffering of mental stress, anxiety, ADHD and depression  
or just feeling tired from your week. 
 
Come and join me in a small private online class where we will share our energy remotely and enjoy a well-deserved ‘me time’. 
 
I am always happy to help and answer your questions.
