9.45am – 11.00am Hatha Yoga with Ali
Ali's yoga classes are true to the teachings of Hatha, and are all inclusive. As a teacher, above all, she nurtures kindness, compassion, a sense of curiosity and playfulness. She gives students confidence, acceptance, tolerance and the experience of peace that yoga has given her. Ali feels honoured and privileged to pass on her learning, her teacher’s vision and inspiration to her students.
Ali's style of yoga teaching incorporates a Mindful approach which encourages students to practice with a self-exploratory attitude to their postures in a kind, non competitive safe environment.

6.00pm – 7.30pm Slow Flow Yoga with Caroline
Each week the class will be built around the Sun Salutation Sequence, also known as Suraya Namaskar.
We cover
1. Ocean breath, also known as Ujjayi breath, this breathing technique allows you fo find a steady, even rhythm to your breathing throughout the practise.
2. The Sun Salutation Flow is the basis of the class, with additional postures added to the sequence.
3. Deep Relaxation at the end of class.
What to expect in my Slow Flow Classes.
1. Learn to move from posture to posture with ease and grace.
2. Expect to gently elevate your heart rate.
3. Increase your strength, flexibility and stamina.
4. Relax deeply and find inner calm.
I ensure the movements are accessible, by adding variations and options to the flow.
There is no need to know the sequence prior to joining the class.
