Kirtan is part of the Bhakti Yoga path….the yoga of the heart or the yoga of devotion.
Bhakti practice is also about surrender, offering up our hearts and all the ranges of emotions we experience, putting them into the bhakti pot to stir up so that the energy is melted and transformed into clear fresh expansive energy.
Pete’s workshops are designed to clarify the principles that underlie asana practice. They attempt to ensure that students will have enough anatomical information to enable them to make intelligent and thoughtful judgements about what is useful practice.
