I am so excited to be back at Yoga For Harmony!
In this workshop, you will connect deeply with your body, breath and inner voice.
Working slowly and working on releasing any pent-up stress and anxiety.
You will leave feeling refreshed and balanced.
It will also consist of 1-hour lunch break and a short
presentation on the healing effects of yoga and meditation.
This workshop is not suitable for beginners
