A 60-minute class blending the best elements of Hatha and Vinyasa yoga, incorporating holds and mindful, slow-paced movement. Breath is synchronized with movement throughout, and each session explores a different theme—such as hip openers, spinal twists, balancing poses, backbends, or core strengthening.
We begin with a warm-up and variations of sun salutations, then move into standing sequences to build strength and mobility. The practice gradually transitions into deeper seated and reclined postures. A short Pranayama practice concludes the session. Options are provided to support a wide range of experience levels.
I love all things Yoga and am passionate about making the practice more accessible. I have trained extensively (across continents!) as a yoga teacher, in both Hatha and Vinyasa schools of yoga.
