Kirtan is the practice of chanting universal sacred mantras together. It is the Yoga of Sound and a form of meditation, we use our voices to lead us into meditation. You do not have to be able to sing to chant! Our voices blend together as one.
Kirtan can quieten the mind and expand the heart. It can leave you feeling calm and centred deeply within yourself. It is uplifting for the soul and healing for the heart.
