Kirtan is the practice of chanting from the heart, to help us connect more deeply to ourselves and others.
You do not have to be able to sing to chant, it is a primal practice where we offer up our own unique sound into the practice.
We chant universal ancient mantras that are uplifting and healing. You will feel refreshed and re energised with clarity of mind and an open heart.
The mantras are purifying and help stagnant energy clear out and it helps release stress, fear and worries.
All are welcome.
