Mental Health Day  hosted by Sabina Furyova

Mental health day with Access Bars

Saturday October 15th @ 1.00 pm - 7.00 pm
Have you experienced an Access Bars session yet?
Access Bars is a relaxing, effortless way to let go of stress, limitations, stuck feelings and emotions. While someone gently touches the 32 Bars points on the head your brainwaves slow down and positive neurological changes happen in your brain.
“The Bars for me is that sense of relaxation and peace in my world, and I don’t really know of anything else that gives me that. It just empties my head out and gives me the space of me again” - Brendon Watt"
Neuroscientific studies show that the level of anxiety, depression and pain can drop
about 80% after a 90min session.
Access Bars is getting more & more popular worldwide and hundreds of thousands
of people have been learning and using it.
Whether you are looking for a way to step out of self-judgment, release stress, stop your mind-chatter, improve your health, sleep better, improve your relationships, experience more joy in your everyday we are looking forward to meeting you there.
Come along, hop on a massage bed and see how much a session can change for you.
We are a bunch of enthusiastic practitioners and we offer taster sessions on the day:
20 min - £20 / 30 min - £30
You don’t have to book, just pop in and receive or say hello to us!
