Focus for this session: “Flow” is that beautiful state of fluidity and connectivity between body and mind where both function at their best and as they are designed to. To get there, one needs to “stop thinking.” Time feels like it has slowed down. Stress hormones leave your system. They are replaced by feel-good neurochemicals.
How Sound Therapy works: Sound is literally energy that we can hear and feel! And sound therapies can be a powerful form of energy healing. Sound waves can connect or “entrain” with our brain waves to induce deep healing, and are often used in trauma therapy. This holistic practice works with sound wave frequencies to remediate the body's systems as an integrated whole.
Backed by up-to-the-minute research, science is now proving what ancient cultures and practices have always known… sound is good medicine!
