In your busy daily life, it’s easy to lose touch with your mind and body.
Stress, anxiety, and constant distractions can easily cloud your mental clarity, and cause you to hold bodily tension.
A Mindfulness Body Scan Session is a guided meditation practice that can help to bring you into the present moment, tune into your body, release tension, promote relaxation, find a deep sense of calm, and… your body may even tell you what it needs.
Rochelle is a certified 'Mindfulness Now Teacher', and a long time practising Massage therapist.
Come along on Sunday morning where you can breathe easy, release tension, and be guided into an overall feeling of well- being.
It is suitable for those that are curious about how Mindfulness can be of benefit, beginner and experienced meditators.
