This event is open to all experiencing or preparing for perimenopause, or in the menopause.
The workshop will include:
Group Circle welcome, introduction and discussion
What is Menopause? A medical event or a woman's Second Spring?
How to manage symptoms - an overview of HRT, nutrition, herbal remedies, vitamin and mineral supplements and complimentary therapies
60 minute Menopause Yoga class that includes some yoga movement and breathwork
(yoga beginners are welcome)
Closing Circle / Gift bag

Susan is a yoga teacher, wellness coach and nutrition coach based in Windsor, Berkshire, wholove to help people by leading yoga classes, workshops and yoga retreats.
"By day I work for an airline so over the last 25 years I have been lucky enough to travel the world, always with my yoga mat, so that I can continue to practice from my hotel room or local studio. I also now teach yoga via Zoom from various locations around the world, hence the moniker "The Travelling Yogi"
I teach Menopause Yoga™, Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Yin Yoga and Meditation. Also offering one-to-one private yoga, nutrition and wellness packages or group sessions, my passion is helping people navigate midlife using a holistic approach.
Based in Windsor, I also teach in Slough and, because of my day job with an airline, I teach online yoga classes from cities around the world like San Diego, New York and Bermuda."
