Come explore the fascinating world of sonic healing.
Learn why and how the crystal bowls work to re-set, regulate, and heal the body, mind, and spirit. (hint: it's different from the Himalayan / Tibetan bowls!)
This is a hands-on class! Participants learn and practice how to “sing” the
crystal bowls and use them for self-healing
Yoga mats and bolsters and sitting pillows are available at the studio,
or you are welcome to bring your own.
Bring your own bowl(s) to learn with if you have them,
and I can help you understand your instruments!
Topics include:
· Playing techniques – learn how to “ring” a bowl for different effects, use various mallets and wands, etc.
· Physical, mental, spiritual connections
· How to pick a bowl
· How to use for self-healing and with family and friends
· Myths, truths, science, and esoterics
Come learn, play, ask questions, and have fun!
