Sound Bath for Deep Relaxation with Jane Kight

There are so many benefits to health and well-being that can be achieved with deep relaxation including reduced stress and anxiety, less muscle tension and physical pain, better sleep, as well as an increased sense of well-being and a positive mood-state. Sound is literally energy that we can hear! And sound therapies can be a powerful form of energy healing. Sound waves can connect or “entrain” with our brain waves to induce deep healing, and are often used in trauma therapy.
Certain instruments played in specific ways, combinations, and sequences can help return the body to a healthy state of "flow" by opening blockages in the body's systems, including circulatory, lymphatic, brain and nerves, endocrine (hormone), digestive, and immune. Issues addressed include: insomnia, anxiety and stress, low energy and low mood state, muscle and joint aches and pain, and much more.
Please wear comfy clothes, and bring your own mat to lie on, a light blanket, and a pillow. Participants relax in a comfortable position whilst the leader plays a variety of sound instruments in certain ways, combinations, and sequences known to invite deep relaxation.
