Yoga for Peace

On International Peace Day join us for a fundraising workshop to
provide yoga for people on the margins of society.
We will explore how inner peace can create outer peace through yoga
asana, mudra, mantra, meditation and self-enquiry.
yoga for ex-prisoners and visitors to SHOC – a homeless support centre
in Slough.
This workshop sis open to anyone who enjoys or is interested practiseing yoga at any level - with a lot or a little experience.
Please bring a notebook and pen.
Tuesday McNeill has been teaching yoga for more than 25 years. Her open hearted and down to earth approach makes yoga accessible to
everyone. Influenced by her in-depth studies with Marc J Acquaviva, Gary Carter, Seane Corne and Christopher Wallis, her experience
includes teaching BWY Foundation courses, running yoga holidays, teaching in schools, prisons, a cancer care centres,
in the workplace and professional sportsmen.
