 Mid-week Sound Bath for Flow with Jane (Alternate weeks only) 

A beautiful re-set for body, mind, and spirit in the middle of the week! 
This wonderful mid-day session is focused on: reducing stress and “monkey mind”, opening blockages in the body, re-aligning your energetics, and returning you to a state of “flow”.

 2.00pm - 3.00pm Yoga for All with Julie 

This is a general class for all ages, abilities and experience, including beginners. 
 
The class is based around the main principles of Hatha Yoga, and includes breathing practices, general posture work and relaxation to finish. There are interludes for information or dsicussion, yogic philosophy and student interaction is welcomed, and I like to encourage 'fun' and 'freedom' within the practice. 
 
The yoga I teach is an evolution of nearly 30 years of practice and study, encompassing a broad experience of different styles and teachings.

I also offer a 'drop-in' facility for this class. You can come just come along. Bring cash or your on-line/phone banking. No cards taken. Cost £12.50 

 New class starting 6th july  6.00pm – 7.15pm  'Yoga for Real Life' with Jo (based on Kundalini Yoga)  

Please join me for this energizing yet relaxing  
kundalini yoga session. 
 
No previous experience is necessary. All levels welcome.  
 
Kundalini yoga combines posture, movement, breath and mantra to activate and move life force energy (prana) throughout the energy centres (chakras) in the physical and subtle bodies. It’s powerful and fun too! Every session ends with soothing mantra meditation. 
My personal practice these days is varied and intuitive. I listen to what I need each day and do my best to give that to myself. Consistency and a good sense of humour also play a big part. Sharing with others what has been generously shared with me previously is also part of my practice and a joy. 
 
Drop ins are welcome, but to avoid disappointment on the day,  
it’s best to book. 
Payment can be made by cash or by online bank transfer.

 7.30pm - 9.00pm Intermediate Hatha Yoga with Julie (in-person only) 

This class is suited to those who have been practising for at least 6 months, but perhaps particularly for those of you who have worked with me before at my other classes. My intention for this class, is to move our practise forward and we will be going deeper into ‘awareness’ and ‘noticing’. 
 
The yoga I teach is an evolution of over 20 years of practice and study, perhaps moving away from ‘external’ evaluation of the postures and moving towards an ‘internal’ sense of the postures, moving away from the more used traditional approach of systemised yoga to a more experiential approach. Whilst looking at traditional Hatha Yoga postures and pranayamas, I will be encouraging fun and freedom within the traditional structure, whilst taking into our awareness fundamental anatomical and functional aspects required by our bodies for maximum wellbeing benefits.
