"I was very particular about the teacher training I chose. Having practiced yoga with both Amanda and Julie before I was so pleased I could embark on my teacher training with them. They offer so much knowledge between them and different perspectives. They bought in some great guests to enrich the learning experience too.
The training was clear , concise and digestible done over a sensible amount of time. The structure gave me confidence to cover parts of my teachers class whilst I was learning.
They both still offer valuable support on completion of the training as my teaching journey begins and my confidence grows.

The studio itself is beautiful and fully equipped. The classes are welcoming and there are a variety of classes to suit everyone.
I completed the 200 hour YTT course here and I'm so glad I did!
The tutors Amanda and Julie are very knowledgeable and helpful. I felt truly supported in the learning process and the course is packed with so much wisdom.
I highly recommend this course for anyone wanting a deeper knowledge of yoga practice and philosophy.
It has really enabled me to feel more grounded in my practice and more confident in sharing this beautiful practice with others.

'Yoga for Harmony' is such a beautiful space with absolutely phenomenal teachers. I was lucky enough to attend their 200 hour yoga teaching training course and I just graduated in July of this year. Julie and Amanda were excellent mentors and I looked forward to all of our training sessions over the year.
All of the knowledge that I had gained through this course was priceless and I highly recommend it to those who are passionate and inspired to walk the path of a yoga teacher.
This course set me up perfectly to find my voice as a teacher and gave me all the tools and skills that I need to get my own classes up and running a few months after graduation. This is one of a kind training program and I highly recommend it to anyone.

“Do not kill the instinct for the glory of the pose. Do not look at your body like a stranger, but adopt a friendly approach toward it. Watch it, listen to it, observe its needs, its requests, and even have fun. To be sensitive is to be alive.”
