In this 2 hour workshop you will learn the basic methods of Thai Yoga Massage with Justine who’s been a practitioner of this method of this ancient healing art from Thailand for over 5 years, helping others to find bliss in their body, and help others to feel better – from the inside out.
Thai Yoga Massage is a deeply relaxing and revitalizing form of therapeutic bodywork, elegantly blending assisted Yoga stretches with the techniques of Traditional Thai Massage. This unique approach to restoring body/mind wellness and balancing energy creates a blissfully integrated experience.
You will learn to move the body with a series of stretches and yoga positions. The application of pressure points will also be used at certain times. Thai Yoga Massage is applied through clothes so it is useful to wear loose clothing. The treatment works deeply to release tension, improve posture and promote relaxation. Clients say that it leaves the body feeling lighter, more mobile, whilst the mind and emotions are cleared of clutter.
At the end of this workshop you’ll have the tools and method to confidently to perform a Thai Yoga Massage sequence for your partner at home.
All you will need is yourself, a partner, comfy loose clothing and an open mind.
The session will include a few light snacks and Q & A time at the end.
