Six week course 17th June to 22nd July
This course will break down and share the key essentials of the Ashtanga Primary Series, helping you to deepend your practice of the standing sequences and build your confidence towards the more traditional Mysore style of practice.
Ruth will introduce each of the seated asanas and inversions, where you can work towards mastering a particular position or experiment towards some of the more weird and wonderful positions such as tortoise, crow and rooster. It will be a fun few weeks that will help you connect more deeply with the key elements of your Ashtanga practice.
