The sessions that Gary presents at Yoga for Harmony are aimed at developing aspects of personal practice rather than instruction based lead posture work. Gary will encourage you to suggest areas of your practice or your body that you’d like to explore and he will theme the sessions as he goes.
His workshops involve the use of props, illustrations, and hands-on work in class to help demonstrate the principles that underlie your movement practice.
Anatomical tuition is included, but the sessions are movement-focused.
Always popular, these sessions are intended for Yoga, Pilates and Movement teachers, trainee teachers and experienced students who would like to explore their yoga practice in more depth.
These classes are not suitable for beginners. It is advised that you have had a practice for at least a year, or that you have worked with Gary before, or are familiar with the Scaravelli style.

If you are a teacher this workshop is suitable for FRYOG CPD and BWY CPD. Please let me know if you intend to add this session to your ‘points’; I will need to note your attendance in case I am asked to verify your attendance to your teaching body.

Full payment is required at the time of booking. If you wish to cancel your place, then a refund of your payment less a £5 administration charge can be given, provided there is more than 21 days notice. If you want to cancel with less than 21 days notice then a refund, less admin charge, can only be given if the place can be resold.
