Join me for this nurturing and informative Menopause Yoga™ & Wellbeing Workshop, designed to support women navigating perimenopause and beyond. Menopause Yoga™ Practice:  
A 45 minute yoga session (suitable for all levels) with flow-based movement and restorative poses to reduce stress and ease common symptoms
