Pop up class - Mandala with Jussi 

An uplifting practice which begins with breathwork and soft holds, moving into a dynamic practice which focuses on hip flexors, quads and spine with circular 360 degree movements on the mat, closing once again with soft holds. 
The practice can be quite strong but all levels are welcome and modifications can be provide for those that need. Spaces are limited to 15.
