This is the first of 2 workshops that can be counted as 3 points towards your annual CPD or just because you are an interested yoga practitioner

Day 1 includes

Respecting spinal curves
Function vs structure and division of labour
The Ageing Spine
Degenerative cascade
Sciatica
Understanding professional boundaries – red flags and when to refer

Full payment is required at the time of booking.
Should you need to cancel your place, a refund of your payment less an administration charge of £5 will be made provided you give more than 14 days notice prior to the date of the event.
If you cancel less than 14 days prior to the event a refund, less the £5 administration charge, can only be given if the place can be filled.
